A three year old boy can hold six earthworms in one hand at one time before they start escaping.
And escape they will. In the most grotesque curly cued slitherings in between each of the fingers of the clasped hand. He will find this hysterical and amazing.

Marie, these are wonderful! Timmy was in the garden today playing with worms. I'm pretty sure they were dead at one point but apparently still lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Some of ours definitely went to the great garden in the sky. But I am hoping that it is true that a worm can split in two and still survive. That means at least some of our worms that were loved too zealously might still be alive :)
